S32750 Super   Duplex stainless steel pipe has strong strength and corrosion resistance, and is mainly used in chemical processing, petrochemical and subsea equipment. It has strong resistance to chloride corrosion, higher thermal conductivity and lower coefficient of thermal expansion. Higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content it has a high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and general corrosion.

 

Its impact strength is also very high. The 2507 alloy is not suitable for use at temperatures higher than 570 ° C. If it is exposed to such an environment for a long time, its toughness will decrease.

Material description:   The main chemical components Cr, Ni, Mo, N, etc. have a certain degree of improvement over 2205, 2304, 2101. It has better performance in terms of oxidation resistance, acid corrosion resistance, seawater corrosion resistance, chloride ion corrosion, etc. It also has good strength.
Typical working conditions : 30% dilute sulfuric acid, below 60 ºC, annual corrosion rate <0.1mm
