The decanter could separate the solids from liquids phases continuously, solid can be discharged by spiral, and it is a high effective separated plant which features as follows:

Wide-ranged application, good adaptability of material, can widely used in chemical, light industry, food, the papermaking, mining etc. industry departments, and is suitable for weight concentration of the suspension solid phase is ≤ 10% (or volume concentration after 24 hours free settlement is ≤ 50%), solid phase particles diameters from 2mm to 0.005mm, to separation of suspending liquid-solid density difference ≥0.05 g/cm 3 , such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polyvinyl chloride, like vinasse, bean dregs, soybean protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil, kaolin, white clay, environmental protection industry sludge and suitable for settling decanter of all kinds of chemical product and material all can effectively deal with dehydration.
2. The machine runs continuously, large capacity of production, less energy consumption, high automatic level, especially suitable for flow-line of industrial.
3. The machine uses imported frequency converter control, can make step-less speed regulation, in order to make the machine to achieve best separation. In the machine overload or screw jams, electronic parts will alarm automatically, cut off feeding system automatically; so the machine can run reliably.
4.it uses cycloid pinwheel differentials, pushed torque is big, differential motor uses imported inverter to drive, sent speed can be adjusted unlimited, strong adaptability to material;
