Product Description

The wear-resistant ceramic adhesive is room temperature or heat curing epoxy adhesive. It is applied in all kinds of metal, plastic, glass steel, porcelain, comment concrete, wood, and other material ' s bonding.

It can withstand -40 ºC ~ 150 ºC , can be widely used in the bonding of various ceramic sheets and metals under the conditions of 150 ºC  or less. For long-term use should be below 100 ºC .  

1. Mixing ration: A:B = 1:4 (weight ratio)                                         

2. Adhesive surface keep dry, clean, no oil. If the surface is smooth, we need to be properly polished.

3. According to proportionate, mixing A and B parts.  Stir well after coating.

4. To reach the highest intensity. Constant temperature and humidity curing ≥ 72 hours


Precautions  

1.  With the glue should be properly in accordance with the proportion of the two components  were  weighed, do not make too much of any one part, to avoid the strength reduction, curing is not complete.

2.  Must be uniform when mixed and used within 8 minutes. If the temperature is low, with less plastic, the use of a corresponding increase in time. High temperature, with a large amount of plastic, it should spread plastic compound to extend the use of time.

3.  Must be sealed tightly after using A, B two part to avoid affecting the product's absorbent and bonding strength.

4.  If your hand has the excess glue, please clean by alcohol before curing.

5.  Prevent contact with children.

5kg/set, 1 barrel of  each component for a set.

4kg/barrel for  C omponent A; 1kg/barrel for  C omponent B .  Each set apply for 2 - 3 m ² 

Storage

1.  Please seal A, B at room temperature, two years warranty.

2.  This product from the packaging of the pouring out of the glue once, can not be poured back to A     or B components.

3.  This product is non-flammable, should be placed in a cool, dry place storage.
