Application:

This machine is a new type of high efficiency and energy-saving magnetic separator suitable for different belt specifications. Mainly used for scrap steel, steel slag iron, direct reduction iron plant iron, iron foundry iron and other metallurgical slag iron.

1.Adopt up-suction installation method, high selection rate of large iron pieces.
2. Unique design of the stainless steel liner as a protective layer, compared with the traditional iron remover belt can effectively reduce the damage of sharp ferromagnetic material to its, extend the service life, make the equipment reliable operation, small maintenance, greatly reduce the operation cost.
3.Magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, magnetic circuit design is unique, can effectively reduce the impact of large iron on the surface of the drum, extend the service life.
4.Rated at high magnetic field intensity, large gradient, strong suction.
5.No electric excitation, energy saving, automatic unloading.
6.Rare-earth ndfeb permanent magnetic material as a magnetic source, the magnetic properties are stable and reliable, and the demagnetization rate within eight years is guaranteed to be less than 5%.

8.Install along the belt direction, reduce the mounting space, and can be suitable for any Angle of the belt installation.
