     HS jet mill is a kind of equipment that uses high-speed airflow to achieve ultra-fine grinding of dry materials.It consists of a crushing box, a cut-off classifier, a feeding device, an air source system, and a capture system.The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding device, and the compressed air is sprayed into the crushing chamber at a high speed through a nozzle designed with a special process. The material is accelerated in the high-speed jet and repeatedly impacts and collides at the intersection of the nozzles to achieve crushing.The crushed material enters the classification chamber with the updraft,Due to the high-speed rotation of the cut-off classifier, the particles are not only subjected to the centrifugal force generated by the classifying rotor, but also subjected to the centripetal force generated by the viscous effect of the airflow.When the particles are subjected to centrifugal force greater than centripetal force, that is, coarse particles above the classification diameter return to the crushing chamber to continue to impact and crush, and the fine particles below the classification diameter enter the cyclone separator with the airflow, the trap is collected, and the gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
