1. How to start orders or make payments?
We will send proforma invoice with bank information to you after everything is confirmed. Payment can be made by T/T,  VISA, PayPal, L/C, e-Checking, MasterCard, Maestro or Western Union .

2. How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
  You can take some free samples to test the quality, or send us your product specifications and requests, then we would make the product according to your requests.

3. How long is lead time?
 Around 3-5 days for small order, 7-10 days for bulk order.

4. What's the MOQ? 
Normally MOQ is 1kg, but samples of small quantity are available.

5. Is there any discount? 
For larger quantity, price is negotiable.

6. How to ship it? 
For small order, we would send by express such as Fedex, DHL, etc. For large order, we would send by air or sea.
