DCX wet automatic magnetic separator is widely used in liquid or slurry in food,
medicine, chemical industry and so on. Its special flow direction design and magnetic
field space layout can easily remove 10 × 15 000 mesh of weakly magnetic iron from
liquid or slurry. In particular, the fluid characteristics of food, medicine, chemical and
other industries have been specially designed and improved. At present, it is the wet
automatic magnetic separation equipment with the highest iron removal performance

PRODUCT FEATURE
1. Unique material reverse pressure flow direction design, so that the larger the
specific gravity of iron, the easier to remove.
2. The design of pressure flow direction makes iron adsorbed and self-resistant, and it
is easier to be left in the magnetic field.
3.The back-flushing type automatic iron-unloading system is designed so that the iron
can be more easily, quickly and thoroughly discharged to the machine body.
4.The equipment comes with the automatic water storage system, through the
intelligent system accurate control, realizes the minimum water consumption, more
energy saving and environmental protection.
5.In particular to the food and drug industry, the material contact part is made of food
grade stainless steel, so as to avoid secondary pollution.
6.The equipment welding adopts high-tech non-filling cold welding technology andhigh light treatment of the inner wall. Avoid material residue and wall hanging
phenomenon.
7.The cooling mode is flexible and optional with air cooling and water cooling to
meet different customer site requirements.
8.The magnetic properties of food grade magnetic core medium with high magnetic
conductivity are 15% higher than those of ordinary material.
