working principle and technical parameters
This machine is controlled by a specially prepared box supply dc excitation source, after electrify 430 stainless steel permeability is magnetized, slurry from the bottom up into the magnetic disc, by permeability, paste in the magnetic material adsorption on the magnet steel piece, the machine performance is good, the working chamber magnetic induction intensity of 0 ~ 18000 gs, work stability, simple operation, good appearance, etc.
When unloading iron, the machine uses strong water flow to scour, without magnetic state can be attached to the magnetic mesh surface of the magnetic material scour clean, so that the removal of iron removal effect to achieve the best value, the size of the water flow can be controlled by the valve.

The change in excitation current is related to the change in temperature in the coil. That is, when the boot, the excitation current maximum. After startup, the excitation current slowly decreases, when the coil temperature is relatively stable (about 1 hour after startup), the excitation current will also tend to be stable.
· Never press the excitation off button during operation. If the button of excitation off is pressed, iron powder will enter the product, please note.
Because the electromagnetic coil in the working process of iron removal is particularly large, if the internal cooling oil in iron removal is insufficient, it will lead to the coil burning, so that the whole iron removal device can not be used normally.
If the user at the scene of the production process, the environment temperature is higher, in addition to the iron installation position ventilation effect is not good and so on various factors, in addition to the iron working temperature may be beyond set temperature, may in the case of no shortage of oil temperature alarm still frequent, if appear this kind of situation, suggest to iron remover compulsory air-cooled and reduce iron remover oil temperature. If the alarm still exists after taking measures, observe how high the actual oil temperature is and whether the temperature change is stable. If the actual oil temperature is slightly higher than the alarm set temperature and the temperature rise does not continue to rise, the upper limit of the alarm temperature can be set slightly higher with the permission of the manufacturer.
