1. We have thick soft packaging inside the packaging. Avoid scratches during transportation.

1-How long does it take to carve a sculpture?

Generally, normal-size sculptures take 30 to 45 days to complete, so if you need it urgently, please let our sales team know in advance. We will provide you with a better solution according to your situation.

Before your order is produced, we will reconfirm with you the design and requirements.

If a mold is required during the production of your order, we would send you dozens of high-resolution photos of the mold details. We will start production only after you confirm the model.

5-How to install the sculpture?

We provide very detailed installation drawings for you, and each part has the only number  corresponding with the drawings. We also equip you with professional installation videos.
