Om een Kogellager goed te kiezen, is het belangrijk om rekening te houden met verschillende parameters:
Lagers zijn overal en daarom zijn hun toepassingen gevarieerd:
De toepassing waarvoor het lager zal worden gebruikt zal daarom beslissend zijn bij de keuze van het onderdeel.
Het kogellager ondersteunt hoge snelheden en lagere belastingen, terwijl het conische rollager hogere belastingen maar lagere snelheden ondersteunt.
De snelheidslimieten van een Lager worden bepaald door de bedrijfstemperatuur.
De snelheidslimiet kan worden gedefinieerd als de hoogste rotatiesnelheid die een Rit kan bereiken, afhankelijk van het gebruik, zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de prestaties en de duur.
De snelheidslimiet van lagers is afhankelijk van verschillende factoren, zoals: Lagertype, belastingsgrootte, tolerantieklasse, kooiconfiguratie, werkset, smeerolie, smering en koeling, enz.
2 soorten belastingen worden ondersteund door lagers:
- basis dynamische belasting
Dit is de maximaal toelaatbare belasting van het lager die een Nominale levensduur van 1 Miljoen omwentelingen kan bieden.
Het is noodzakelijk om de onderhoudstijd te berekenen die nodig is om tekenen van vermoeidheid op de materialen te laten zien, en op deze basis om de theoretische duur te bepalen.
- statische lading
Dit is de belasting die van toepassing is op het stationaire lager. Deze komt overeen met een Contactspanning die wordt berekend tussen het rollend lichaam in het meest belaste contact en het loopkanaal.
De belastingen zijn van eenvoudig type en radiaal, voor de radiale lagers, van eenvoudig type en axiaal, voor
de aanstellingen.
De levensduur van de lagers wordt gedefinieerd als het aantal omwentelingen of bedrijfsuren, dat het lager kan weerstaan voordat er tekenen van vermoeidheid optreden op een van de ringen, op het aanvoerkanaal of op de rollende elementen.
De nominale vermoeiingsduur van een identiek lager of een partij lagers die onder dezelfde bedrijfsomstandigheden werken, moet gelijk zijn aan ten minste 90 graad van betrouwbaarheid.
De gemiddelde levensduur van een Lagerpartij is veel langer dan de nominale duur.
De nominale levensduur van de vermoeidheid wordt uitgedrukt als L10 (miljoen omwentelingen) of L10h (bedrijfsuren).
De lagertoleranties zijn zowel nationaal als internationaal gestandaardiseerd in overeenstemming met de ISO-normen.
Lagers worden over het algemeen vervaardigd in de tolerantieklasse P0.
Andere parameters kunnen worden bestudeerd om de lager te kiezen die het best aan uw behoeften is aangepast:
De keuze van het lager wordt daarom voornamelijk bepaald door de afmetingen en belastingskarakteristieken waaraan het lager wordt blootgesteld.
