This product has good lubricity and medium smoothness, also excellent thermostability, which can be used during processing plastic(resin) under 210ºC. Its dosage is increased along with continuously increased high temperature resistance polymer. It is more useful for casting film for engineering plastic. 
Product purpose
It can be used as lubricant, anti-sticking agent and release agent for resin including polyolefin, nylon (PA) and polyester ; It is more applicable to compound and multilayer co-extrusion production process, as well as calendering package plastic sealed package ; It needs appropriate amount use based on the production requirement on PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, PS, PET, PC and PVDC; Inside release agent and slip agent of acrylic rubber; It is used as effective anti-sticking and slip agent on cellulose, polyolefin, ethylene/ vinyl copolymer, polyethylene polymers and copolymers; used as high temperature resistance release agent, lubricant, friction regulator agent(friction coefficient can be controlled between 0.25-0.45) of Engineering plastics; Excellent release agent of metallocene polyolefin.
