Rubber Chemicals PVI CTP Rubber Retarders/Rubber Antiscorching Agent PVI
1. Pre-vulcanization inhabitor, improves production safety without influncing vulcanizing speed and vulcanizing glue characters. It can effectively prevent scorching, makes it possible to operate calender and extruder in high-temperature and high-speed condition. Also can increase production capacity of vulcanizing machine, the whole capacity and stability of glue material, no natural vulcanizing duting the storing.
2. Can be used together with accelerator WILLING NS, WILLING M, WILLING DM, WILLING CBS to improve characters of glue materials.
3. It has a regenerative effect on rubber that has been subjected to high heat due to seasons, operation and mismatch, or a rubber that has a risk of scorching and cannot be further processed. There are no adverse side effects such as foaming and contamination.
4. It is mainly used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, especially when combined with sulfenamide accelerators to form a good vulcanization system.
