Product Description

Stainless Steel Riffle Divider Supporting Customization

The Riffle Divider is designed according to the national standard GB474 "Method of Preparation of Coal Samples", and is an indispensable tool for dividing coal samples.

It consists of a sealed shell, slots, a sample connector, drawer, etc. The width of the grid groove of the riffle divider of different specifications is 2.5 times the maximum particle size of the coal sample, and the slope of the inclined surface such as the grid groove is not less than 60 degrees. The main features are reasonable structure, convenient use, multi-point reduction performance, strong representativeness, and can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of sample preparation. It is suitable for shrinkage sampling of coal, mineral samples or other uneven granular materials.

There are two kinds of Riffle Divider: fully sealed and ordinary, made of stainless steel.

(1) According to the particle size of the sample, the divider with 3 times of the cell is selected.

(2) Use a dustpan to feed the sample into the separator. During the sample feeding, the dustpan is inclined and moves back and forth along the length direction of the sample hopper, so that the coal sample forms a uniform columnar shape and enters into the grid along the full length of the sampling bucket. Every time the coal sample column moves along the full length of the splitter, the coal sample is cut into the same number of sub samples as the grid slot, and the coal sample is cut into the sub sample of N times grid groove, so as to obtain high precision of reduction.

(3) When feeding, it is necessary to control the sample adding speed, not too fast, so as to avoid blocking and affecting the precision of dividing.

(4) A sample can be divided several times. At this time, it is better to cross collect the samples on both sides of the dichotomy as the reserved samples.

(5) At the end of each sample dividing, the coal sample retained in the grid must be discharged by knocking on the dichotomy or shaking the support of the separator, and the coal sample discharged from the side of retaining sample shall be incorporated into the retained sample.

(6) After each use of the splitter, check the groove, remove the blockage, and then wipe it clean.
