BT-85E is esterified from refined rosin and edible glycerin (or pharmaceutical grade), BTHR-85E is esterified from refined hydrogenated rosin and edible glycerin, used as an emulsion stabilizer for beverages, and also used as a chewing ingredient for chewing gum & bubble gum. BTHR-85E can also be used as a tackifier for cigarette filter adhesives.
