Introduce OF Clotrimazole :
Clotrimazole Powder has good bacteriostatic effect on candida, cryptococcus, Aspergillus, algal bacteria
and dermatophyte in vivo and in vitro. The efficacy of Clotrimazole powder on superficial skin mycosis is
similar to griseofulcin, and its efficacy on deep mycosis is similar It has good effect on
pathogenic fungi such as Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, coccidioides and histoplasmosis,
etc. It has stronger effect on Candida albicans than nystatin.
Fungi do not easily develop resistance to this product:
This product is easy to absorb orally, and can be taken internally to treat systemic and deep fungal
infections, such as aspergillus fumigata, candidiasis albicans, cryptococcosis, coccidioidosis, histoplasmosis
(dog, cat) and fungal septicemia, etc. For severe deep fungal infection,should be used together.
Topical use can also treat superficial fungal infections, such as ringworm of cockscomb and tinea corporis and
trichophyton of domestic animals. It has no effect on tinea capitis. Clotrimazole is also effective against certain
gram-positive bacteria and vaginal trichomonas.
