D-camphor is also widely used in medicine, chemical industry and national defense industry, and is an indispensable and important commodity in the international market. The camphor is extracted from the trunk of the camphor tree. The older the camphor tree is, the more chemicalbook's camphor is rich in it. The extraction method is to cut the trunk into small pieces and distill it with water.
