The reverse osmosis equipment adopts the osmosis filtration process of reverse osmosis membrane, which is a modern new pure water treatment technology.Reverse osmosis membrane by means of choice through membrane function to pressure as the driving force of membrane separation technology, when system and the pressure is greater than in the aqueous solution of osmotic pressure, the water molecules through the membrane unceasingly, after producing water flows into the central tube, and then out in the end the impurities in the water, such as ion, organic matters, such as bacteria, viruses, interception on the inlet side of the membrane, and then in the thick water outflow water end, so as to achieve separation and purification.

Equipment composition structure

Reverse osmosis equipment consists of three parts: pretreatment +RO host (single/double stage) + electrical control
 
1.Pretreatment: Generally includes raw water pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, precision filter, etc.Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to achieve the reverse osmosis inlet water requirements.The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system shall be specific to the raw water.
 
2.RO   main machine: It mainly consists of multistage high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane shell (pressure vessel), flow meter, support and so on.The diameter of reverse osmosis membrane is 0.0001 micron (m), only water molecules can pass through, and its solute can not pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, so as to meet the requirements of drinking physical and chemical indicators and health standards, to produce clean to pure water.
 
3.Electrical control: Control the normal operation of the whole reverse osmosis system and backwash, including the instrument panel, control panel, various electrical protection, electrical control cabinet, etc.
