RCYB suspension permanent magnetic separator  is an iron removing  mechanism composed of driving motor, drum, scraper belt, etc.  In the working process, the iron unloading  mechanism automatically unloads the ferromagnetic material adsorbed by the unloading belt into the iron collecting box without manual cleaning by power cut, realizing the automation iron removal.

Installed in the belt terminal, when the belt speed is faster (greater than 2m/s). It can be installed slightly away from the drum. The parabolic motion of the material helps the magnetic  separator  to absorb impurities. When the belt speed is slow (less than 2m/s), the position of the magnetic  separator  should be moved backward to be close to the drum (the drum should be made of non-magnetic material).
