Technical Principle
Working principle of solar photovoltaic system
Solar PV systems consist of solar panels made up of multiple photovoltaic cells. These cells are typically made of semiconductor
materials like silicon. When sunlight falls on the solar panels, photons from the sunlight are absorbed by the semiconductor material, causing electrons to be released. This generates direct current (DC) electricity. An inverter is then used to convert this DC electricity into alternating current (AC) electricity, which is the type of electricity used in homes and businesses.
